These TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE MOBILE PHOTOGRAPHY WEBSITE (hereinafter the “Terms and Conditions”) contain detailed information about your rights and obligations while using the Website and buying products via the online shop. By using our Website, you agree to these terms and conditions and acknowledge that you have read and understood them. Do not continue to use The Mobile Photography Website and products if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions set forth on this page.

Chapter 2 – Service Description

Our Services include online-only, subscription-based access to our digital coursebooks (in view-only PDF format), instructional videos, and lessons on photography (collectively referred to as the “Content” or “Services”). The “Content” (or “Services”) is accessible via your user account on our Website and is not downloadable.

You can find details about the available materials, including subject matter, author, number of lessons, and included features, within your account or on the Website before subscribing.

Chapter 3 – Intellectual Property Rights and License:

Unless otherwise stated, we, The Mobile Photography and/or our licensors, own the intellectual property rights for all content on The Mobile Photography Site, including the Coursebooks being sold. All intellectual property rights are reserved. The Coursebooks are published under a pseudonym used by the authors.

You may access The Mobile Photography content for your personal use only, subject to the restrictions outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

The persons on the photos in the Coursebooks and the Website are not the authors of the Coursebooks. The photos in the Coursebooks or part of them may not have been taken by the authors of the Coursebooks. All photographs part of the Coursebooks and the Website are used lawfully, and their display in the Coursebooks does not infringe any rights of third parties.

You can not:
Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our Coursebooks or Website content.
Copy or republish material from The Mobile Photography Coursebooks and/or Website.
Sell, rent, or sublicense any material from The Mobile Photography Coursebooks and/or Website.
Reproduce, duplicate, or copy any material from The Mobile Photography Coursebooks and/or Website.
Redistribute material from The Mobile Photography Coursebooks and/or Website.
In any other way use material from our Website or Coursebooks for commercial or any other purpose other than personal use.

Chapter 4 – User Accounts and Access

To use our Services, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age
Create an account using a valid email address
Subscribe to one of our paid 4 weeks plans

Each subscription grants you personal, non-transferable access to our Content. Account sharing is strictly prohibited. If we detect sharing or misuse, we may suspend or permanently terminate your account without refund.

Access is granted only while your subscription is active and fully paid. If payment fails or is canceled, your access to all Content will be revoked immediately.

Chapter 5 – Subscription, Billing, and Cancellation

5.1 Subscription Plans
We offer access to our digital learning materials (including view-only PDFs, videos, and lessons) via a paid 4 weeks subscription plan (“Subscription”). When you subscribe, you gain access to all materials available on our platform as long as your Subscription remains active and fully paid.

5.2 Introductory Offer
From time to time, we may offer introductory discounted pricing for a limited time (such as 7 days). These offers are available only once per user and apply only to new subscribers unless otherwise stated. The standard Subscription rate will apply automatically after the introductory period unless you cancel before the next billing cycle begins.

5.3 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring 4 weeks basis using the payment method provided during checkout. Your Subscription will renew without requiring your explicit reauthorization, unless you cancel before the end of your current billing period.

We reserve the right to update pricing and will notify you in advance via email or through your account if changes affect your future billing cycle. Continued use of the Services after a price change constitutes your agreement to the new fees.

5.4 Billing and Payment
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment and billing information and to keep it updated at all times. All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for your Subscription fees and any applicable taxes on a recurring basis. If a payment fails, we may attempt to reprocess it. Failure to pay will result in immediate suspension or termination of access to the Services.

5.5 Cancellation by You
You may cancel your Subscription at any time by logging into your Account and navigating to the “Billing” or “Subscription” section. Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access until the end of the paid period, but no further charges will be applied.

5.6 No Prorated Refunds for Partial Periods
Cancellation will not result in any partial refund for days remaining in the billing cycle. You are responsible for all charges incurred prior to cancellation.

5.7 Suspension and Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Subscription and access to our Services at any time, with or without notice, if:
You violate these Terms (including account sharing or content misuse)
Your payment fails or is reversed
Fraudulent or abusive behavior is detected

In such cases, you are not entitled to a refund.

5.8 Limited Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the Services, you may request a full refund within the first 30 days after the date of your last purchase.

We do not offer refunds for transactions older than 30 days or more before the date you contacted us with a refund request.

Refunds may be issued under exceptional circumstances and in Company’s sole discretion 30 days after any last purchase. Refunds are not available for Accounts that have violated these Terms.

Chapter 6 – Intellectual Property and Usage Restrictions

All Content on the Website is the intellectual property of The Mobile Photography and/or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws.

You may not:
Download, reproduce, or print any Content
Record, share, or distribute any part of the Content or Website
Use any part of the Content for commercial, public, or group training use
Use screen recording, scraping, or similar technologies
Translate, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works

Access is granted for personal, non-commercial use only. Any breach of this clause will result in immediate account termination without refund and may result in legal action.

Chapter 7 – Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have any issues with our service or product, please contact us through our contact form or send an e-mail to notice@themobilephotography.com to discuss the matter. We will try our best to resolve the matter as quickly as possible and will provide you with a written response to your complaint within 7 days. If we require further information from you this period could be prolonged depending on the circumstances.
